Claudia Palombo has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her sensational professional career.

    SANTA ROSA, CA, July 10, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Claudia Palombo has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her sensational professional career. As Author of Flavors and Memories: The Art of Italian Cooking, as well as throughout her brilliant career, Claudia has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Flavors and Memories: The Art of Italian Cooking is a cookbook filled with recipes and stories about family and the history of Ciociaria, which is in Cassino, Italy about 100 miles southeast of Rome. Many of the recipes include cooking ideas and simple instructions along with stories of nostalgic memories. This type of Italian food and cooking is fashioned after everyday soups, vegetables, breads and pasta dishes along with some Holiday and dessert recipes from a unique area of the world.

Claudia has been cooking Italian cuisine for over 40 years. In addition to the book, she runs a website where she shares recipes, stories, articles, and pictures. Claudia is also a Certified Office Manager and she studied Liberal Arts in college. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
