Reading Time is the official journal of the Children's Book Council of Australia. It is a quarterly review of books for children and young adults which are published in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. The publication produces profiles encouraging young authors to write for magazines.
During his collegiate career, Dr. Cohen earned a PhD in Children's Literature from Ohio State University. He also earned a Master's degree in Children's Literature, Education, Literature, Religious Studies, Theology, and Religious Education. Dr. Cohen is a Lifetime Member of Phi Delta Kappa. He is also a Fellow of the College of Educators, Royal Society of Arts and the Society of Antiquaries.
